Ok so, I wanted to play guild wars once again (waiting on wow:Cataclysm), but when I try to log in it tells me that my account was terminated...!!? wtf
I havent logged in to this account in more than a year, and I've never cheated or used any hacks. so wtf happened and how do I get it back

Your account may have been hacked and used for things that against the EULA. We can't be any more specific than that unless you tell us specifically what it was terminated for. It doesn't matter much though, the only way you can get help is support.

it says it was teminated for a breach of user agreement or/rules of conduct (Code=045)

That means your account was banned for doing something that violates the EULA; stuff like botting, hacking, abusing exploits, etc. It's fairly broad. As I mentioned in the first post, there isn't anything we can do to help you. Contact support. They'll tell you exactly what your account was banned for, and they weren't your actions, you can try to prove to them that it wasn't you and hopefully get your account back. It'll probably take a while though.

how do I contact support? because [email protected] does not work for some reason, it keeps returning my email. do they have a phone # or a different email?
